Sadia Tabassum Addrita is a Research Associate of Bangladesh Youth Enterprise Advice & Helpcentre (B’Yeah). Her work involves doing an in-depth study of primary and secondary data and designing feasible and sustainable solutions for NGOs, SMEs, and other commercial organizations. She has also contributed as the Social and Green Entrepreneurship Lead at B’Yeah, where she has done market analysis to understand the scope of green entrepreneurship in Bangladesh. From her passion for working with children in her community, she co-founded ZenEd – an initiative by a young team of enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to teaching 21st-century skills to teenagers. Other than this, she is also working as a Co-facilitator at Amra Notun Network, a program of BRAC’s Youth Platform. Currently, she is completing her BBA from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Human Resource. Addrita aspires to work in management roles in national and international development projects after completing her under-grad in 2023.
