Shahin Miah is the Senior Manager, Accounts & Finance, leading BYEAH finance to record financial transactions and produce financial reports. He is responsible for the financial management of the organization by developing plans for long-term financial goals. He monitors the utilization and implementation of the project’s funds and informs the management of taking necessary steps as well as planning to utilize the remaining grants. His experiences as a senior finance officer with BYEAH allowed him to develop accounting and management cost estimation and budgeting skills. Additionally, he has more than twelve (12) years of experience in the field of finance and accounts working in the national and international NGOs. Shahin Miah completed a certificate course on information system audit (IS Audit), IFRS & IAS from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance from Bangladesh University is up to date with current accountancy practices.
