Our collaboration with Youth Business International (YBI) in London is more than a partnership; it’s a gateway to a treasure trove of global insights, extensive networking opportunities, and transformative learning experiences that are invaluable to our mission. By aligning with YBI, we tap into the pulse of the latest trends in youth dynamics, entrepreneurial strategies, and innovative solutions from across the globe. This alliance endows our organization with a unique advantage as a nonprofit, empowering us to continually evolve and refine our strategies to better serve the youth and women of our nation.

Our affiliation with YBI is a resounding declaration of our dedication to dismantling the barriers that young people aged 18-35 often face. YBI orchestrates a formidable global network comprising 50 enterprise support organizations, all united by a singular, fervent passion: to empower underserved youth to launch, develop, and sustain their own businesses. Together, we have set a bold objective to create one million jobs by aiding the establishment and growth of 250,000 youth-led businesses by the year 2025. Since its inception in 2014, YBI’s global network has made a profound impact, fostering over 126,000 youth-led businesses, fortifying more than 137,000 existing enterprises, and delivering priceless entrepreneurship training to upwards of 750,000 young individuals.

The ripple effect of our joint efforts is far-reaching. By providing young entrepreneurs with the tools and resources they need, we’re not just fueling economic growth; we’re also nurturing a generation of leaders, innovators, and change-makers. Our vision extends beyond immediate outcomes; we’re investing in a sustainable future where the youth and women we support today become the mentors and success stories of tomorrow. As we look ahead, we remain committed to this vision, working tirelessly to expand our reach and deepen our impact on a global scale.

We are proudly associated with the Youth 4 Change Network (Y4CN), a global consortium of NGOs united by the common mission of fostering operational excellence, sharing best practices, and advocating for the social and professional inclusion of marginalized and disadvantaged young adults. This alliance is a testament to our unwavering commitment to creating equitable opportunities for growth and development. By tapping into Y4CN’s extensive network, we leverage a wealth of knowledge and innovative strategies that are crucial for driving change and promoting inclusivity.

Through our partnership with Y4CN, we gain access to a diverse pool of knowledge, innovative approaches, and an invaluable support network that accelerates our mission of creating a world where every young individual, regardless of their background, has equal access to knowledge, resources, and support. These global affiliations not only extend our influence but also reinforce our commitment to empowering the youth and women of our nation. Our collaborative efforts are instrumental in transforming lives and the communities they touch, from local to global, one step at a time, ensuring a brighter future for all.
