Ahmadul Hoq serves as the Managing Director of Nisai Bangladesh Ltd. He held the esteemed position of Founder and President of the Bangladesh Association of Call Centre and Outsourcing (BACCO) until 2017. Additionally, he holds the role of Vice Chairman for the Bangladesh Industry Skills Council (ISC) for ICT, as appointed by the government of Bangladesh. In a parallel role, he is a founding Director of B’YEAH, a Mentor Program for Entrepreneurs in partnership with Youth Business International, UK, which has been actively supporting Bangladeshi entrepreneurs since 2008. Mr. Hoq’s influence extends to policy development, as he co-authored the Bangladesh Government Policy on the Contact Centre and BPO Industry with the support of the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC). He holds the concurrent position of Vice Chairman of the Bangladesh Industry Skills Council (ISC) for ICT under the government of Bangladesh. His academic background includes graduating in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington – College of Business.
