He joined BYEAH as the Communications and Knowledge Management Officer, where he showcased exceptional leadership in executing communication strategies and crafting engaging digital content and knowledge materials to enhance BYEAH’s visibility and stakeholder engagement. Certified as a Growth and Performance Skills trainer for entrepreneurs by Youth Business International, Mr. Nadim offers valuable insights to support business owners on their growth journeys. He previously worked as a Project Holder for a European Union-funded project and contributed to the Centre for Peace and Justice at BRAC University. Beyond his professional roles, he founded the United Action Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating positive social impacts, earning him recognition as a Global Goodwill Ambassador in 2019. Armed with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Development Studies from Bangladesh University of Professionals, Mr. Nadim seamlessly combines academic excellence with practical experience.
