Masum Talukder, born into a rural family in Jhalokathi district, Bangladesh, in 1985, embarked on a journey laden with trials and perseverance. His odyssey began when he sought employment in Dhaka after completing his diploma in 2005. Adjusting to city life proved arduous, and despite securing a job initially, the overwhelming work pressure forced him to step away.
Undeterred, Masum ventured into a clothing shop partnership, a venture that, regrettably, faltered after three years. BYEAH became the catalyst for transformation. Through their mentorship, Masum received comprehensive training, honed his business acumen, and secured institutional financial support. Today, his handicraft showroom in Dhaka Uddan thrives, employing five individuals. Moreover, fueled by ambition, Masum envisions a future handicraft factory producing bespoke female garments.

From humble beginnings to navigating failures, his story stands as an inspiration, underscored by BYEAH’s instrumental role in shaping his success.
